These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services operated by Zenthryx Labs Limited (“Zenthryx Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including zenthryx.com and related domains. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using our websites or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Financial, trading, or investment information or tools we provide are for informational purposes only and do not constitute advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any trading or investment activity.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenthryx Labs and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (100 USD), whichever is greater.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenthryx Labs and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or notice on our sites where appropriate.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using our services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

10. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenthryx Labs regarding the services. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda; any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
